A young girl is on vacation in the south of Chile with her father, a wealthy landowner obsessed with eliminating the carp in his artificial lagoon, resorting to increasingly extreme methods of extermination including the use of explosives. While her uncle"s actions are clearly causing tension in the local native community who claim the land her uncle owns, the girl realizes she is the one who needs to stop him before he goes too far.
