Why is everybody whispering?

Shakespeare's plays are about the language. Anybody could have written the stories, and in fact anybody did. None of them were original to Shakespeare with the sole exception of The Merry Wives of Windsor. If you take away or muffle those incredible words then you take away Shakespeare himself.

The film is a complete disaster.
