It's kinda sad how many people have no idea about this show. But I have a hard time getting people to understand how funny it is.
I keep trying to think of a way to put it like, It's like (show title) set in the old west. What's a good example to use there. Always Sunny? Monk? Reno 911? Brooklyn Nine-Nine?
I tried describing it to my employees and tried to coerce them to watch it - just couldn't express it properly. Finally had a bunch over for drinks one night and forced them to watch the first two episodes - they were all hooked.

Just described it as a Cringe Humour type of show to a friend, haven't watched s2 yet but that my take on the first one.
Love how the show pokes at all the crime drama, completely sarcastic forensic science, and taking the piss out of all d-bags.
