When Jon Favreau makes a cheese toast for his son (at ~21')...
Looks so good and tasty!
Made one the same way a few minutes later!

And he used mayo instead of butter to grill it. Makes up for a crispier and richer texture than butter

Im watching it now. I didn't even notice he used Mayo. Man that crunch made my mouth water!

I attended a cooking class this past week and she made pumpkin soup with grilled cheese croutons. She too had used may mayonnaise; first time I had ever heard of that.
