Anyone born from 1990 onward wouldn't have made it in 1960

Those of us that were teenagers and older in the 80's knew life pretty much as it was in the 60's except for fax machines and video games.

Television
Phone booths
Rotary phones
Radio

It was all updated technology in the 80's but generally the same except with vacuum tubes and transistors.

The commercialized fax machine has been around since 1865 and the first commercialized video game came out in 1971, although video games have been around since the 1940s.

It's true. I remember how reading that President Lincoln was really amazed at the Fax machines the White House had installed. It was a shame he hardly got to use them as he was assassinated just a few weeks later.

He did receive one FAX, from George Burns.

I thought it was from Cher.

Vehicle GPS didn't exist either. The younger generation would have no idea how to navigate.

Just do what I use to do when I was lost or couldn't find something: Ride around until I found it and never rolled down my window to ask for directions......

Easy: we got around by using road maps available from the oil companies. BTW, I was born in 1950.

Nope! Please note that they have been exposed to a gigantic amount of knowledge since early age compared to us. So they would probably know better and more accurately about history and science and everything. I bet they would do better :D

Yup, I grew up in the 80s and we used land-line phones, looked people up in phone directories, had to carry paper organizers for important information like bank numbers/phone numbers/addresses.

If you wanted to know something, go to the library or call around.

Entertainment was TV and the local cinema. Kids played with toys and in the street.

Everything was just a flashier versions of the lifestyle that started in the 1950s.

But even though we'd hate it, we have that reference of how to get by in the 1960s. Anyone who was a teenager after 2000 would be in for the shock of their lives. They probably wouldn't even know how to use a rotary phone!

If they're black everyone in the world would have lynched them. If they're female everyone in the world would raped them. If they they avoided those things, they're still in a Dystopia of ignorance and stupidity. Its hard to survive when surrounded by idiots.

I don't give a f*@K about a troll who doesn't pay for his opinion telling me how to review movies.
