Worst actress of her generation

Her "charming" personality aside, Jennifer Lawrence proves she's just not that good an actress. 3 of her 4 Oscar nominations came from her boyfriend David O. Russell directing her (American Hustle, Silver Linings Playbook, Joy) which easily shows us that there was favoritism going on. Her best nominated work, Winter's Bone, was before she became too big headed.

One of the reasons she suffers is that she gets cast in roles that are too mature for her. Joy, American Hustle and SLP were all meant for women in their 30s or higher. In fact, Marisa Tomei was originally cast in Hustle as the main lead. But because studio executives were lusting after her for box-office points (similar to Emma Watson's dreadful turn in Beauty and the Beast), she ended up being a five year hit wonder.

I hope the academy realizes she's not that good and stops nominating her. Hustle and Joy especially were embarrassments.
