I enjoy the book!

If you have Amazon Prime, you can use Prime Reading to read the Red Sparrow novel for free. It's quite good, although a bit long, certainly twice the size of the usual Free Prime book of the month.

I must admit though, that I do not picture Jennifer Lawrence as a Russian agent. Ivanka Trump fits my mental image.

If the film focuses on the espionage elements, it could be good. But being Hollywood, it will probably focus more on action and chase sequences. I imagine the final film will be like one of those Dan Brown films in tone. This doesn't mean it will be bad, just different from the novel.
