Oscars....
A must win .... By far the the strongest in the group.
Inside out was not even a fun film but a depressing lecture. Shame because the concept was a good one.

That's what's called taking your wish for a reality. The strongest in the group? Group of what? Most moronic children movies?
If the animation wasn't so good, it wouldn't even have been nominated. Anomalisa is an actual movie, not a cartoon for kids.
For every lie I unlearn I learn something new - Ani Difranco
This is one of the first times ever that it's actually hard for me to choose.
Shaun the Sheep - playful, inventive, and beautifully animated
Inside Out - wonderful concept and very well executed (for me at least, as you said you weren't a fan)
When Marnie Was There - a weaker Ghibli film in my opinion, but beautifully rendered nonetheless
Anomalisa - great to have an off-center choice. Love me some Kaufmann!
Boy and the World - still need to see this one
Overall, I think Inside Out is my favorite of the bunch, but since Pixar always wins, I almost want Anomalisa to get it. But I think I'll probably be happy with the winner, regardless.
I agree, I was hoping Shaun the Sheep would win..
I'm normally a Pixar fan but 'Inside Out' was about as fun as a brick through a window and about as subtle.
Very rarely do I dislike a movie enough to comment on it, Inside Out joins that Tarantino WWII revenge porn flick as the worst concepts for movies I've seen in the last 15 years.
