She's very bewitching, her cold and robotic demeanour, she represents the Beauty and Chaos of the Universe, higher consciousness that exceeds Humanity's alone, she's like an artificial alien-overlord, maybe even a representation of Paganism, Wiccanism, one of Mr Jang's henchmen referred to her as a 'Witch' and that's not very far from what Lucy is, to be One with all the elements.

I relaly like Scarlet herself as an actress.
