How come most of the main characters in the scenarios seem to be women?

It seems like most of the main characters in My Haunted House scenarios seem to be women. Why is that c.69/75 scenarios (their are 37 episodes with 2 scenarios each episode with the exception of the Hanover Haunting episode) in the series have the main characters as women with the male husband/boyfriend as the secondary character. Most of the victims in the scenarios are collage students, single mothers trying to protect their children from the predatory activity, teenage girls, or a woman trying to convince her husband or boyfriend that there is something going on. Some times the single women or a married couple have children endangered from the paranormal activity. The only scenarios in the show that had men as the main characters are "The Church", "Route 160", "Black Sunday", "Paralyzed", "Ethel", and "The Morgue". Why are women so over represented in the show?

IDK I notice it too but I came here to discuss why the actresses are behaving like babies. whiny babies for that matter.

Oh God. Fortune vomits on my eiderdown once more.

I never really paid attention to the women's behaviors, I mostly paid attention to the paranormal activities. For example, sighting of a ghost, the visions, objects being moved, and the like. Why is it that children that talk to themselves is abnormal in this show? And are somehow talking to evil spirits? I talk to myself ALL the time, and I don't find it sinister at all. And what examples can you give in the show of the actresses acting like babies?

reply

Because men don't want to admit to experiencing any thing paranormal.
