Wish I could remember all the dialogue

This film has such a surfeit of witty, incisive, shimmering quotes, you feel compelled to write them down as you watch it, like Tracy does during her conversations with Brooke. Now I want to see the film again just to soak up the dialogue. Definitely screwball-level patter, tart, quick and relentless. Hopefully its IMDb quotes section gradually fills out.

One true all-time gem in the dialogue...

Brooke tells Tracy she's moving West, because "New York's not like it used to be...too much construction."

(It helps to have lived in NYC to get that one though)

*Danny's not here, Mrs. Torrance*

One line I liked spoken by the Tony character while in the Connecticut home, to paraphrase from memory:

"Sometimes I feel like a genius, I just wish I could fast forward my life until that moment..."

or something along those lines. Great stuff.

ALSO:
"I know everything about myself, that's why I can't do therapy."

I'm a stranger here myself

So weird. I only wrote down two quotes from the film and they were the exact same ones you had quoted, youinreverse01.

I just saw the film tonight and feel exactly the same. So many great lines, I'll need to see it again.

Hopefully, "Mistress America" is one of the films Fox Searchlight pushes for FYCs so the script will be available.

There's a lot of quotes. And they delivered in a way that's like the quotes are super self aware that they are quotes. But it ends up being ok because they are amusing.

Currently, the quotes section has 37 quotes. I have added 3.I second that this movie is full of quotable quotes. See if any good one is missing?
