I have yet to start reading the books(though I'd like to!) But I've got a question for those who have: Is the character of Justine as thoroughly irritating in the books, or is it the actress playing her in the show? I find her extremely difficult to watch, but maybe she's a brilliant actress bringing life to an intentionally annoying character?
shareShe starts off kind of annoying but gets better. In the books she marries Seth and they buy and run a restaurant, then have 2 children. The guy she is with now is not in any of the books. I think he adds to character's being annoying.
Thanks for answering! I agree, Luke is definitely an influence... But that's my problem with her character in general. She's influenced by whatever man is talking to her at the time...boyfriend of the moment, dad, uncle... Sheesh! Form an opinion, woman!
