Are the books this cheesy?
I'm just curious. I've never read them so I was wondering if anyone had and if they were as cheesy as this show?

The books are light reading, no doubt about it. However they Are sooo much better than the show. The show is almost unrecognizable as coming from Debbie Macombers books. The characters are different, the stories are different. A few things were taken from the books but it is not a faithful rendition. Not a good one either.
A huge disappointment. If you are interested in what it should really be like, read the first three books at least. You will really be surprised at how different Grace and Justines personalities and story lines are.
