Who's playing Olivia's brother, who crashed her car?

Thank you! I just found him a minute ago; Olivia said his name so I found him on the cast list. Looked down the list of his credits and found it - he played the jockey boyfriend of Tori Spelling on "90210." Boy, that was a long time ago; he had shaggy brown hair back then, and now it's gray! Long careers for a lot of these people.
