sounds like Faking it

but not in high school..

reply

And the chick is actually a lesbian

reply

Nah, more like "The Fox," except that one of the women is straight.

reply

I can see how the synopsis would make you think that, but it's actually really well done. I liked it more than I thought I would.

In 'Faking It', 2 straight girls pretend to be gay, but then one of them actually falls in love with the other one...
In 'Life Partners', 2 lifelong best friend, one straight and one gay, are in a wonderful friendship. The straight one then falls for a new guy, making the gay one fear she will be losing her best friend...
Two different stories...

reply

I find them basically the same stories. A gay girls falls for her best friend and the straight friend falls for a guy. The gay friend worries she will lose her best friend.

Would I rather be feared or loved? Easy, both. I want people to be afraid of how much they love me.

reply

The girls do not fall for each other. Just watch it. It's not the same and it has better actresses.

reply

It's nothing alike
