Footage of Amy after a fall

There is quite a long sequence of Amy on the floor after a fall in her apartment that looks way more polished that the rest of the footage. It's also a weird thing to have been recorded at all if it's actual found footage like the rest of the film. Was this sequence shot specially with a lookalike?
