* Who was the Mole? I mean, was he alive while he was down in the Catacombs with the others or was he like a ghost/spirit?

* What were the people sinned for? I know Zed was because he denied having a kid and I think George was sinned for something about his brother, but what about the others?

* This question might be unrelated or anything to the movie, but can people get lost easily while they're down in the Catacombs? If so, then how does everyone know where everywhere is?

* What happened at the end? I mean, did George, Scarlett and Zed got back into Paris safe, or are they in hell? I'd thought I ask because I notice that people are saying that apparently they're in hell?

The mole wasn't alive, it was a spirit, i think.
Charlotte didn't answer her fathers phone call, Zed denied that kid, Pappilion set a car on fire with some dude in it. No mention of the other girl or the cameraman.

the rest I don't know.
But my guess is that they came out on the other side, an alternative universe

I guess people are saying that because it has become a typical horror film trope. But there's nothing that indicates that they are not safe. They overcame their inner demons and got out.

I think the intent is to show that they are back in Paris - Notre Dame and the Seine are in the background of that scene. The flipping of gravity upside down comes from Dante's Inferno . . . and it indicates an escape from Hell.
