A for effort

Sure, there was some bad acting in this film, but it had a certain sense of mood and style which kept me watching. It's an old fashioned, slow kind of horror, the kind of story I might have read as a kid in the 60s and 70s. The director had a heart and it comes through in this film. I enjoyed it.
