That's what I was thinking too. Although a few minutes later, when Greg Kinnear tried to call the police it was "no service" which is odd considering:

1. It's 2019
2. The owner of the home is a former police officer (and owner of a local business) one would think he would want cell services for his business and curiosity.

Also. One would think that 911 would be the logical choice when dealing with a possible pregnancy delivery...considering the driver is on crutches and has to walk to quite a way and down the stairs.
