What happened with the dead body? (spoiler)

Em kills her doppelganger and leaves the body in the bathtub. Then she faints and wakes up next morning. So, what happened with the dead body of the doppelganger? Why did noone find it?
According to the phone call at the murder, this bathroom wasn't in use at the time. Is this why the body wasn't discovered, noone looked in this bathroom? So, what will happen when someone finally looks in this bathroom?

I think she didn't actually die and was the one who called to the guy at the final scene of the movie.

A bit later than you posted, but I think she woke up and went to the hospital or just ran and then called Kevin (which is why he got the call).

If she didn't kill her, why didn't they collapse into the same person/one reality? I thought the reality righting itself after the comet would have accounted for that, according to the laws of the film.

I think the ring threw things out of balance permanently. Remember Em left her ring in the bathroom and took the doppelganger's. Then Kevin gave her the one from the bathroom and received the call from other Em.

There are no "laws" in this film. The director has already stated, everything the characters discuss is a bunch of bullocks. It meant nothing, they were trying to rationalize the situation to cope and understand it.

That book they found? Meant nothing. Wasn't even related to the incident going on. It was a bunch of people being pseudo-scientists trying to understand a screwed up situation. That was all.

Beth took a shower in the morning, meaning the body is gone. Unless the others are faking it, the hit Em has probably regained conscious and left the scene without the others noticing.

As others have pointed out, there's no reason to assume the good Emily died. She's the one who made the phone call at the end.
I'm not quite sure what the bad Emily was thinking, trying to take the place of her better self but without actually making sure she's dead; her plan is not going to work if they're both alive. But then again she was psychotic and not acting rationally, she was probably simply making it up as she went along.
