I just watched Meseeks and Destroy and wonder how many people caught the Johnny Carson ref.

I did, and I'm British, never seen any Jonny Carson. Got it based on having seen him referenced in the Simpsons. Reference upon reference. 😁

I quit watching The Simpsons after a couple of hundred episodes, more took a break than anything, and it keeps screwing me up. I'll think I've caught some obscure reference from long ago only to find that Marge and Homer beat me to it.
"Where's the sport in that?" Ok, who got that one?

For me it was Dana Carvey's impression on SNL.
