Question about the DVD

Just recently bought the Heli DVD (region free) but I realized that it doesn't offer subtitles of any kind. I'm pretty fluent in Spanish, and if the words were clear I could probably make out the entire film, but how difficult would you guys say it is to "capture" the spoken dialogue in the film?

Is it that important? Should I watch it on a laptop with headphones? I don't want to half ass watch this film at all!
