Wish they had a Movie!

Ok, I know that this board is all but dead, but I'll still post it here. I really wish this were a movie. Would be one of my favorites! I love the entire feel, vibe, atmosphere, ect., of this game! Soundtrack is amazing! If only there were movies like this!

I know there are many that the game took influence from, but nothing that combines it! If anyone can think of anything like it, which sustains for the majority of the fllm (whereas Terminator is stolen from a lot, but takes place primarily in the 80s), let me know!

Hello Me from 2 years ago! I'm going to bump my own post just in case someone is looking around here for some reason! Can anyone name a film that somehow captures this feel? I feel like I have scoured the movie universe for one and have found nothing that truly feels like this (or rather, that this truly feels like, as the movie would have likely come first!).

Closest titles that come to mind are Kung Fury and Turbo Kid.

Both are fun. I really like Kung Fury, in particular, and I hear they are making a full length feature film at some point!

Hey, try Commando Ninja. Sorta similar to Kung Fury. Same type of feel, different type of film. Can be found in full on youtube.

Definitely fun stuff! I wish we had more of this retro stuff! Definitely a good time!
