Nurse anon and weird doctor (SPOILER)

I can't understand why a fake nurse could float around doing bad stuff with out any one else ever being present, and to add insult to injury nobody responded to a machine bleeping either.
But this was a pretty strange hospital with a doctor talking French and saying weird stuff anyway.
Ending was so typical and expected. I wish people would try and be a little bit original in their horror movie endings these days - they've become so passe and banal.
