Why didn't they resurect the Russian leader?

When the Russian Leader, and every other of the zombie got slayed in the movie. why didn't Vegar or Herzog just revive them?

That of course would have made the most sense,, but this movie is a Zombie/Horror/Comedy so you have to just sit back and enjoy it for what it is,, a movie with its share of flaws,, but a movie that does so much so well that you can easily over look the obvious little ,,WTF why didn't they just... moments.
Sequels rarely ever live up to their original,,but this one exceeded it.. granted the first was more straight up Zombie horror,,and this was more comedy then horror,,it is just all around a better movie then the first and I very much enjoyed the first movie.

The movie's not supposed to be forever long. Can't just keep rezzing the dead.

Except your girlfriend, of course. Cuz totally not repugnant.

He was among the nazis so it was too risky to go there and resurrect him.

Maybe you can't resurrect someone once their head is destroyed.

The Russians were ultimately driven by revenge over the nazi - a deep and strong emotion crossing even the barrier of death. The Nazi were all too familiar to this drive. Revitalizing someone almost of equal power would be highly risky - not to mention that Herzog was not really in need of backup them. So why would he even consider this at that point?

Of course, our Hero should consider it, but in the movie, he went for the surprise attack on Herzog at that moment. And ultimately it was a success. Had this failed, I am sure he would have tried to revitalize the Ruskies once more... but it never came to that.

And besides, perhaps Herzog wanted to revitalize the Russian leader... but remember, right after he killed him, our hero attacked him, and that was the end of the story. So another answer is that; sure, but neither got the chance to try it before the fat lady sang... the end.
