He must have become partially zombie in his whole body, some sort of zombie general, as he got a pretty hardcore beating from the other extra strong zombie boss Herzog, yet he didn't die. If those parts of his body that got that beating were still normal, he would have died in seconds. Plus his eyes were off too by the end.
So from a zombie general it is OK to get an erection and to fck a zombie girl, no disregard happened to realism I think. And it doesn't seem that gross anymore, after all it's between zombies.
