I found it to be hilarious. Wayans is utterly ridiculous. if he doesn't make you laugh you're probably just a pretentious tightwad or have another issue of some sort.

That scene alone made the movie priceless. Classic Marlon Wayans comedy-craziness. Out of all of them, he was always my favourite, just for his freakout moments.
