This is the first movie I've seen where they use the word "box" to refer to a vagina. Is it normal slang or was it made up for this movie?

As far as I know the term box has been around for a while. I've heard it even when I was a kid

It is very normal.

It's not "extremely" or even "very" normal, those 12 year olds don't know what they're talking about. But it's common enough.
