Uhhh I am not comfortable. But I like it.

I have become a fan of Quentin Dupieux, pretty much like everything he does (the smoking one was a little too weird, even for him) and at first I was laughing along at the absurd awkwardness of what was happening in this film.

Then things took a darker turn, and although it was a bit of a tense comedy for a French audience, I found this almost was like watching a horror movie as an American. I won't say too much.

This is just a few minutes over one hour, and is a short movie. There are some burst into laughter moments (at least for me) as characters begin to become undone.

There are emotional mood swings in this, from cringe laughs to dark dread.
