Only 3 episodes?

So did it conclude already?

It's just starting here in the US. I'm a fan of the Get-It-Overwith-Already succinct Mini Series, though I admit I was disappointed when The Widower ended after three (I think?) episodes, last week here. I knew it was "true" but I thought he'd done in more wives than he had (which is a good thing, don't get me wrong)...the guy was such a slime ball, I wanted to see how awful he could be!

I'm already disappointed there's only three eps to The Guilty, but at the same time, I hate when you miss one (in a longer mini-series or a regular TV show) and feel you can't watch the next til you've seen the one you missed! I guess my mind is incapable of knitting it all together when given the information out of order.

I kind of liked The Slap better, in terms of length (actually not even sure if it will return for a season 2); they had at least 6 eps, if not more, I forget now. But based on the Production quality (American version, not Australian--didn't see that one), this was hands down the best movie-quality Photography, the writing and acting superb. The storyline might be a bit cray, but who am I to judge? I'd definitely watch another season if one comes about.

Can't wait to see this "new" mini series! Tonight!

Three episodes was two too many for this story — it really seemed to drag on, and on; and with far too many side characters.

I suppose I would enjoy watching the Maggie character solving other crime mysteries, but at a faster pace (i.e.: just one episode per case).
