Can you really scream when the nuclear blast wave touches you? (Spoilers

Ok, when the nuclear explosion wave came near Wonder Woman, while holding dead Aquaman, you can see an Amazon standing behind her looking at the explosion. She screams when the explosion wave touches her & she vaporizes.

Is it possible to scream during that time really? I thought you just turn into vapor. That's it. No pain, no scram.
