shareHaving seen both halves of the pilot episode, I agree with this guy's assessments for the most part, but I don't much care for his attitude. Half of being a culture critic is the angle you're working, and Brian Lowry sounds like someone who feels really put upon when people ask him to watch television. I'm giving "The Awesomes" a "B" so far, and I'll keep watching it to see if it gets better.

Variety's TV critic tends to be a bit of a twat. He goes for procedurals, not much else.

IMO the show's amazing. Not every episode works great...I wasn't a big fan of the S3 one in Paris, though I liked the attempt. But overall it's one of my favorite shows.
