That was an unremarkable way to write out **** (spoilers)

That was an unremarkable way to write out Lila. She disappears in the middle of the night with her kids and then she doesn't return their calls. They don't seem to concerned about their friend just going away. And then she calls and says they told her to go to what makes her happy and that is a house in Portland with her kids. And i thought i heard her say there was a restaurant for her husband with whom i thought she was divorcing. So he just agreed to go with her? What?

It was very much a *blink-and-you'll-miss-it* scene; I hated it!

I only watched this rubbish because of Janeane. I had no idea she was being written out until this new lawyer friend randomly arrives and starts dominating scenes.

Done with this one.

Delia, the lawyer, has been on since the beginning, though they definitely expanded her role. She wasn't a replacement for Lyla. It's pretty obvious, since she literally showed up the episode after Lyla's departure, that Jo is the replacement.

Yeah I understand that they had to do some rush job kind of thing with writing her out but they could have done better than that.
