Brilliant idea, which did not exist when I lived in London. They could work too in NYC. (IIRC, a duck boat got clipped recently or was involved in some kind of accident.)
shareI could have sworn I've seen the duck boats in NY? Maybe I'm mistaken. I've definitely seen them in Seattle though. They've got them here in Atlanta too (at Stone Mountain).
shareThey're here in Philadelphia too and a source of dissension in the city. The drivers can't see pedestrians very well from their high perch which has caused injuries and possibly a death. In this city there was a horrific water accident involving a duck boat and a tug boat. Two students visiting from Poland drowned.
If you can't be a good example -- then you'll just have to be a horrible warning.
