This movie in a nutshell: Stupid people ignore 10 minutes of dire warnings, go into a dangerous jungle, run around screaming and bickering, and die one by one. There is no tension in the plot, no character arcs, no scares. The dialogue is ridiculous and the acting mediocre at best.

If you want to see a tense, terrifying movie about people being stalked by something in the wild, watch Willow Creek. It actually delivers a sense of fear that ratchets up to a legitimately scary end.
