i cant decide which one of them i hate more. i know its just tv, but id really like to see them fail. now that they split up, even more so. they really give off a bad vibe, like someone who will stab you in the back whitout if it profits him..

Well Eric is the one who only does what he wants and never listens to anyone else.
That is exactly how insecure people act. They can only do things their way, because anyone else's ideas that work out are too threatening for their little egos.
Let's face the truth, Eric broke up the company rather than risk other members of the team finding out that Josh's way could be better. Maybe it wouldn't have been, but Eric is so weak he made certain the other members could never even test out Josh's ideas or anyone else's ideas. He made sure that anyone who tried someone else's idea was out of the company.
That's is weak as a business person can be. Eric is an insecure mess, and honestly seems like a bad person.
