An unnecessary quirk that doesn't look natural is not the sign of good acting.
shareIt's good acting if that's the way the character is supposed to walk. Oraetta is a very odd character, and her walk is a part of that oddness. Distinguish between the actress and the character. Jessie Buckley doesn't walk that way. But the walk fits the character. If the character's walk annoys you, it's because the character is annoying, as she is intended to be.
