Season 4 connections

I wonder if/how it'll connect to the others. I feel certain it will, they seem to want to keep a connective tissue throughout. Can't be Mr. Wrench this time though. Any ideas? I'm mostly just pondering, but I feel like some connection to the mob from Season 2 is the best bet.

I can't remember where I saw it,but supposedly the head of the Black Mob in S04 is the father of Mike Mulligan (from Season 2)
