...both Stussy brothers are played by the same actor. o_O

Come on...

They've both got the same rubbish accents..
I find it irritating.. part of the pleasure watching fargo is THE listening to strange way they talk..
Other actors from previous seasons have nailed it.. His language is going all over the place..
His accent travels From Scotland to various parts of America (not Minnesota) back to Scotland..
Also the music is really intrusive..

I'm loving this season, but yeah I am constantly having to 'look the other way' when Ewan sounds incredibly Scottish for half his sentences. Still enjoying his performance(s) but it does require some extra suspension of disbelief.

I read ahead of time that McGregor would be playing both roles... but if I hadn't, I would have thought they were two different dudes, too. I don't think either character looks like Ewan McGregor.

No I'm not. I actually first started wondering whether they were brothers in real life because they looked so eerily similar. Yeah I feel stupid now.

You shouldn't feel dumb... facial recognition is a skill you're born with like perfect pitch or a great sense of smell. That's why some people recognize everyone at a dinner party or at work... and others forget. You probably just have other skills instead.

I didn't even realize it was Ewan until later so don't feel bad.
