Katherine Heigl the perfect psycho wife

I've been watching a few comedy or drama movies that involve Katherine Heigl being the psychotic wife. But, I've to admit the production team can always cast another actress playing the same role. I just think Kat should explore beyond than just being a torn lover or a psychotic wife unless her primary niche involves only psychotic role. Nevertheless, Kat delivered her role well, as usual. However, would like to see her in other type of characters than a regular psychotic character.
