Worst ending in a movie in a long time (Spoilers)

I really liked the movie. Kathrine made a GREAT psychotic wife.Easily murdering people.

Then they had the worst ending ever.

First you don't kill the dog. Simple rule and has been around for decades.

Then he realizes she is getting completely out of control. Could have gone two ways, rent her out as a killer for hire who enjoys and gets off on killing.

OR take her out.

So they went with take her out. Fine. LOVED that part.

Then the writers RUINED a great ending by having her husband killed by the biker who was blackmailing them all along. What screwed up writers. Seriously fire them then beat them.

They who give up liberty to
obtain a temporary safety deserve
neither liberty or safety

Did I miss something? It showed the biker guy following him, but not killing him, right? Maybe there will be a sequel, lol. Editing as I have now read more coments, I didn't realize they had gun shots and car crashing as the credits rolled (sound only) so that explains it. Went back and watched the ending.

reply

As the credits roll, the biker is following Don, then you hear gunfire and sirens. So it's not shown but implied.....

reply

Oh great...another hypocrite who thinks it sounds cool or noble to rather watch a human being die on screen than a rabbit, simply because it's an animal....

Actually why don't you go ahead and explain why exactly dogs should NOT be killed in movies but why it's for for women / elderly

reply

It's because dogs aren't jerks and are innocent. Humans are fun to watch being murdered because they probably deserve it.

BS. Nobody ever was giving lethal injection or even life without parole for killing a dog. With that said, I belive a dog was boiling in hot water in Fatal Attraction. So not sure where he gets that as a rule in cinema. Many dramatic/horror and dark movies were pets are killed.

Correction - I believe it was the family cat she was boiling.

reply

It was a rabbit. The kid's pet rabbit.

Life can be arbitrary and comes without a warranty.

reply

You don't kill the dog..a rule that established for decade? Where did you get that from? I do believe in Fatal Attraction, the psycho ex was boiling their pet. Wasn't that one of the most memorable scenes in cinematic history?

reply

The wife didn't deserve to die, unlike the junkies that she killed; the husband was messed up.

"Du er jo ikke engang lesbisk, Mona!"

reply

Uh actually she did deserve to die. She was out of control and she was probably going to harm Les' son or even her own.

reply

what if thomas shelby were mona's husband?
