It's godawful whatever it is and completely inappropriate for a horror movie.

I agree, it was terrible... a creepy ambient intrumental would've been a better choice. Seems like the band went for a Trent Reznor vibe, but it came up short (Reznor himself would've been fitting perhaps).

I finally found it! Its a song called 5173. Look it up on YouTube and it will that the movie poster as the picture.
