He was the only one who didn't want to go there in the first place.
He didn't break down or was the cause of anyone's death unlike the moronic final girl.
Blood surprise the final girl causes the problems and is not only the last one to survive but the only one to put up a fought against a god not once but twice.
Fitzie was the only one who deserved to live.

Yep, I kinda like him, while I really didn't care for the rest, especially that annoying Rambo girl.
He was the only one who didn't want to go in the pyramid.
He was kinda crushed when the Rambo girl died because he knew he was accidentally responsible for her death.
He was that guy who decided to face Anubis, and not in a hero-style, but rather because he realized he was gonna die anyway, so it's better to just die now then run from Anubis for who knows how long and die anyway. That's what I kinda like about his character. He was bit unique in modern horror movies in that regard.
On the other hand, the final girl just whined, then whined some more, until she survives at the end because script said so. Oh and she was also responsible for death of all of them, because she just haaad to go there. share
