Please help? Missed last few minutes of last episode

Can someone please fill me in on the last few minutes of the last episode? Last thing I saw was Hannah leaving Ravenswood and Caleb turned to Miranda. We had a blackout at that moment and it has been weighing on me what happened at that moment on. Any sort of wrap up? I was pretty confused I need a bit of a recap too. Thank you very much
