The one thing I did like about the overall dull telecast was the "Tribute To Heroes" clips. It was almost perfect. I saw...

Indiana Jones
Wolverine, Storm and Jean Grey
John Wayne's True Grit
Errol Flynn's Robin Hood
George Bailey
Rocky
Mr. Miyagi (Karate Kid)
Inigo Montoya (Princess Bride)
Batman
James Bond
Luke Skywalker
John McClane
Terminator
Gladiator
Spartacus

Who else?

My only complaint is I wish they had used Christopher Reeve's Superman and Raimi's Spider-Man instead of the current below average efforts.

it was okay I didn't like how it showed some of the same ones over and over and then didn't show some of the old ones

Why could they show many James Bonds but not Reeve's Superman?
