Skyvolt poster

Is it just me or does the Skyvolt poster look very similar to the Arrow poster. The dark colors, the hero wearing the hood that covers their face. Side by side they look exactly alike. I can't blame Disney for wanting to incorporate popular things into their shows. Superhero shows have become insanely popular. There's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Arrow, The Flash, Gotham, Supergirl, so many amazing shows that have gained popularity. (I didn't even list them all) I however don't like that Disney's poster looks that much like another shows.

Wouldn't be the first time this show reworked some artwork from elsewhere for its own purposes.

In the battle of the bands episode, the "Krispy Kitty" album cover Joey showed Artie was just a doodled-over copy of Meat Loaf's classic Bat Out Of Hell album cover.

I'd've gotten away with it, too, if it weren't for you meddling kids.

I wonder if they also own Meat Loaf's old record label from the '70s. Disney Channel's past approaches to intellectual properties would suggest so or else they wouldn't have used that.

I suspect it may've been so iconic that a variation of "Bat Out of Hell" wouldn't phase most copyright lawyers.

Or perhaps Meat Loaf loosened the rights to imitate his album cover.

Do you know what I would've loved to see? Posters for some of the other movies and TV Shows mentioned on the show, like "The Skateboard Bandit," and maybe even "The Funaways," and "Raise the Roof."
