*Spoilers* *obviously*

I felt like this movie was going somewhere but then they decided to blur the line between fiction and reality so much that at one point I thought it was all a trip of that unknown drug that that guy gave her. And the final scene seriously WTF!?
IMO it would be better if she would regain her health/beauty back with each killing and so she would regain that beauty she saw in her dream/vision. The "she is about to transform" scene then it would be cool, if it was real... and then they would show us the diva look of Sarah bombarded by photo flashes, interviewers etc, on the movie premiere Silver Scream. So such scene would bring us something familiar, something we see on TV every day, which is an essential element for horror movies.
I think such ending would leave us with that eerie thought of what if that's what movie stars have to go through to reach fame ... like Rosemary's baby left us with a similar eerie and paranoid thought of how the closest members could be conspiring against us behind our backs.

I agree with you. Your thoughts are mine exactly. I would've given it a higher score if it went as you described. I give it a 7/10 which isn't bad but it could've been better.
