Can someone explain the joke? I thought that Kim was right to say that Stalin gave the tank. The talk show host probably not knowing his history thought he was talking about Sylvester Stallone.
Am I missing something here?
That's the joke, ianmisc. That Dave Skylark is so clueless he has no idea who Stalin was and thought Kim was talking about Sylvester Stallone.
