what's the point of this?

I know nothing about Gianni Versace, but it just feels like this whole series is about the killer, Andrew and I'm not sure if any of this scenes are based on what really happened/how they happened - I mean majority of the people are dead, so they have to, right?
And no offense to Versace, but this "crime story" is nothing compared to the OJ trial.
Are these facts right about Andrew's "journey" that we keep seeing? And these Detectives, or is it pure fan fiction?
I just feel like the last 2 episodes have been watching a melodrama about a closet gay, who feels sorry for himself, so he has to kill people that upset him.

Exactly. I thought the same thing that's why I only watched about 25 minutes last night and turned it to something else. Like with the Lee Miglin episode last week, how do they know what went on and what they said when they were together when all of the people are dead? What did they do, have a psychic write the script?

Right, that's why it's difficult for me to take this show seriously. I'd rather see more of Versace than the killer, or the hunt for the killer. Cant they get the facts right off of that?
