I saw the San Francisco Opera's production of "Capriccio" shown in the first episode!

And FYI Kiri te Kanawa wasn't as thin as that actress. But she looked truly fabulous anyway, when she came out in the gown seen in the show she didn't sing for a couple of minutes, just swanned around in the gown with the train, while the orchestra played luscious music and the audience lapped it up.

Still, mega-creepy to realize I might have been so close to those two, one of the extras in this production could have been playing me!. Anyone else inadvertently stumble close to this story?
